Mrs. Garcia
Hi ! My name is Norma Garcia. This will be my third year working for Katy ISD. I have 15 years teaching experience, and I’m very happy to be apart of the Stephens Elementary family. I am a Bilingual Math and Science teacher. I graduated from UH Downtown with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I am looking forward to an exciting year full of learning, for both the students and myself.
